Keith Andrew Shannon Tyler were pros and worked hard for almost a full day installing my alarm system and surveillance cameras. Andrew came back the next day to answer more of my questions about how to use the systems and make sure everything was working properly. We’ve been using Witness Security since 2017.We recently had them install 4 new outdoor cameras, plus video doorbell, and I couldn’t be happier with their work.Before I got Witness to do the work, I did get a quote from another company. After meeting with that company’s tech, I just didn’t feel confident in his expertise, plus that company didn’t have a local office. So, I stuck with Witness and I’m glad I did.Keith, Tyler, and Shannon are very thorough and knowledgeable in what they do, and they don’t rush in and rush out. After installation, Shannon walked me through how to work the system and made suggestions on settings.It’s important to us to have a 100% local company. When I call them, I know exactly who I’m talking to, and that is priceless in a security company.Oh, and they did not ask me to write a review. I made the effort because I’m really happy with their service. Thank you, guys, again. 🙂
