The entire Witness Security Staff is awesome. Especially Robert and Jimmy who upgraded the system at my house. They made sure that the system operated properly. They also took the time to show us how the system worked, including the App, and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend this company.

Service same day I called. Problem was diagnosed as power supply failure. New unit installed and all cameras resumed normal operation. Tech was prompt, knowledgeable and courteous.

We opened up the Smoke/oxygen sensor and tested the batteries. As a result of not being able to stop the beeping & checking confusion. This lead us to check all of the batteries. Much to our surprise they all pegged my good meter as good. As a result we called in service call to have the system checked. Andrew came out. He got the same results as me (4 fully charged batteries). When I inquired why the batteries tested as fully charged, why they wouldn’t work with the device, he didn’t understand the reason why it happened either.
After Andrew replaced the entire set of batteries, he said that the system was working OK and that the batteries should have lasted 3-5 years. Seems like I’ve only had the system around 1 year. Andrew said I’d be billed for a service call.
Doesn’t the system come with some sort of warranty? if should I plan on buying the same # battery of a different manufacturer and & replacing them myself?

Through a friend I became aware of a family run security business known as "Witness Security". Over a period of a month, at various times, I spoke with owner Keith Schlutz about the most current commercial security technology. Keith is soft spoken, non pushy, and will never propose any product just for the sake of selling an item.
After our first conversation, I decided "Witness" was going to provide my system. It was just a matter of what I wanted from a design perspective.
By mid August, 2015, with Keith's assistance, I had settled on a configuration. One week later the system was installed and has been operating beautifully. When I leave my home or go to bed at night, there is a certain peace of mind knowing my property is being monitored.
Besides personalized assistance, there is another aspect of "Witness" you will enjoy - "customer friendly installers". During the few hours they were at my home, the "Witness" installers were pleasant, hard working, and made sure to clean up any traces of their work.
If you are interested in a state of the art security system and want to talk with fair and knowledgeable individuals, Witness Security is an option worth pursing, A solid 5 stars out of 5 stars rating from me.

Great service, installers were professional and knowledgeable about their products. Consulted with us on the coverage area of the cameras and made sure they covered the areas of concern. Price was very competitive. Service call was great. Technician troubleshooted the problem with our internet service, devised a plan to fix and all was done in same day.

Excellent experience getting security installed by Witness! Techs were knowledgeable and professional. Owner personally stopped by during the installation to let me know I could contact the office 24/7 with questions or concerns.
This company and the employees are some of the best out there. There is absolutely NO up selling, misrepresentation, or dishonesty. All my questions were answered truthfully and the installation, billing, and service were exactly as promised. Highest recommendation for these guys.
