Keith Andrew Shannon Tyler were pros and worked hard for almost a full day installing my alarm system and surveillance cameras. Andrew came back the next day to answer more of my questions about how to use the systems and make sure everything was working properly. The system installation was excellent and I feel good about the expertise and support from Witness Security.

We’ve been using Witness Security since 2017.We recently had them install 4 new outdoor cameras, plus video doorbell, and I couldn’t be happier with their work.Before I got Witness to do the work, I did get a quote from another company. After meeting with that company’s tech, I just didn’t feel confident in his expertise, plus that company didn’t have a local office. So, I stuck with Witness and I’m glad I did.Keith, Tyler, and Shannon are very thorough and knowledgeable in what they do, and they don’t rush in and rush out. After installation, Shannon walked me through how to work the system and made suggestions on settings.It’s important to us to have a 100% local company. When I call them, I know exactly who I’m talking to, and that is priceless in a security company.Oh, and they did not ask me to write a review. At the time scheduled to install cameras my husband missed work, got kids out of school and then they said it would be a lot later and then never showed up and then said they didn’t have anything available when we were available next.
Top of the line service answered all my questions about products before hand and took the time to actually help me build a system to fit my needs. The installation guy where awesome took didn’t rush spent the extra time to get the camera views just right it was an excellent experience and high end products.I was so impressed I recently had them come out and add additional cameras. The quality is fantastic.
